Harvey Welker was a Native American. Julie Welker was an African American. Her father is an engineering while her mother is an estate agent. Walker attended school through Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood, graduating in 1994. She then went on to Harvard College where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in 1998. Welker as well as John Hughes, a famous marketing director for Merck Philadelphia who has two kids together. They began to have an affair. John is her husband and 4 years younger than her. It was going great and they decided to keep their friendship going.
