Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin, a Canadian-New Zealander actor. Born in Winnipeg and brought up in Wellington Paquin made her acting debut portraying Flora McGrath in the romantic drama film The Piano for which she won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at the age of 11, making her the second youngest winner to win an award within Oscar history. Anna Paquin is full Anna Helene Paquin born on July 24, 1982 Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Canadian actress, and New Zealander who, when she was a young girl won the Academy Award in 1993 for being the most effective support actress. At the age of 16 She moved to the United States. Paquin performed the leading role in Fly Away Home in 1996 and also had a small part in Jane Eyre at the time she was only a child. Paquin was the character Frankie Addams, a character from Carson McCullers' novel The Member of the Wedding in 1997. The actress also played the queen of Spain in Steven Spielberg's Amistad (2007). The actress played teens for the roles of Hurlyburly (1998) She's All That (1999) as well as A Walk on the Moon (1999) as well as the groupie Polexia Aphrodisa in Almost Famous (2000).
